Create a project by clicking on the + icon next to Private Project or Shared Project on the left menu.
Add the project name, select the initial layout (Kanban, List and Gantt), or you can also select a template. Then click on the Next Page button.
You can activate the apps and integrations you will use on your project, and select the storage location for the project folder. On the Next Page you may further specify the folder location within the selected Drive and select suggested project members.
If you want, you can display the Advanced Options to add a project description and select the project due dates, you may also select the projects color and icon.
When you are finished, click on the Create Project button.
